In 1996, Heather Glasgow and Jack Fallow founded the Centre for Organisation Effectiveness.

Heather Glasgow Jack Fallow
Heather is an experienced organisation development consultant with a wide range of public and private sector clients. Before COE she had over 25 years industrial experience embracing industrial engineering, O & M, human resources, business strategy and change management.

Heather is particularly interested in creating pragmatic approaches to business models such as the EFQM model for business excellence and Investors In People. She is also a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner which she uses in her team building work.
Before COE, Jack was a director in one of the UK's largest utilities in three different functions - human resources, operations and service engineering. He was founder chairman of GasForce Ltd, an employee owned business. Interests include leadership and change management programmes, executive mentoring and coaching. He has a particular interest in complexity theory and how it contributes to understanding organisations, their structure and leadership values.

Jack is a Director of Newloop Ltd, Globis UK Ltd, the National Youth Jazz Orchestra of the UK, the Global Organisation Design Society (Toronto).


Ian Glasgow Ian Glasgow is an experienced IT consultant and has worked in a number of large organisations. He has project management experience and works in areas such as integration of IT systems, systems design and testing.
