The COE Programmes

COE offer Programmes based on years of research into what makes for effective organisation. The Firm Foundations Programme (FFP) establishes the essential platform for building effective organisations at the department or SME level. The Sustainability Excellence Programme (StEP) takes the process further. It is for organisations embracing environmental and sustainability strategies.

These Programmes help plan, schedule and integrate improvement initiatives. They involved the whole team, especially the key players. Momentum is sustained by measuring progress and planning future activities on a simple 'at a glance' framework.

The Programme can be used at a number of levels. Firstly there is a high level planning guide designed as a simple Matrix. This instantly helps with mapping the route to progress. Then, further levels offer 'know-how' and implementation support expanding on the Matrix steps. There are links between each of the steps, tools, hints and tips and links to external benchmark models like the EFQM Excellence Model and Investors in People.

  • Accelerate your organisation development
